Txu has posted a bill on my credit report but it does not list the collection agency or anything. Anyone know who they report to, I’m trying to get this taken care of. hopefully i’ll be able to bargain with the collection agency and reduce the balance

Whoever is listed on your credit report is where you have to start. If there isn’t a collection agency listed, perhaps TXU reported the item. Call them.
